1 stone for future CPAs

what you need to be doing is...

Ever heard of killing two birds with one stone?

Well if not, let me give you an example.

Imagine there was something you could do that would not only improve your health, happiness, and life expectancy, but also improve your chances of becoming a CPA.

That is actually about 4 birds with 1 stone, but you get the point.

And the stone is exercise! If you start or continue a healthy exercise regime you are not only helping your physical well-being, but also giving yourself a better chance of passing the CPA Exam.

Studies show links between regular exercise and improved cognitive function. This means improved memory, attention, and problem-solving skills. This is because exercise causes the release of chemicals in the brain which support these functions.

Exercise is also widely known to reduce stress and anxiety. If you’re stressed all day from work and CPA studies, then exercise is the ideal way to release that. You need to get up, move around, and get the blood and sweat pumping. You need something that will help you unwind and get rid of that pent up anxiety and exercise is a great way to do it.

And if you are someone who doesn’t already exercise and you’re thinking “well now I have to add CPA studying AND exercise to my schedule??” Unfortunately, yes that’s what I am saying. But the benefits you get from this exercise and positive health habits will probably reduce your overall study time anyway due to increased cognitive abilities and energy levels. And you don’t need to do any crazy David Goggins fighting a crocodile type workouts either. Just get moving, get the sweat going, and get the blood pumping. Do it for the CPA license!

Don’t miss this opportunity to start a great lifelong habit & increase your chances of passing the CPA exam at the same time.
