Here’s something you should try.

Whenever you feel stressed or out of control just sit down and start writing. Write about what’s stressing you out. Write about what’s worrying you or what you have to do or whatever else is on your mind.

Just start writing (or typing)

You will instantly feel better. The millions of things will no longer be zooming around your head. They will be sitting on a piece of paper in front of you. You will gain a sense of calm and control

I found this so helpful.

I still find it helpful. I did it right before writing this. It just helps me get things out of my head and a bit more organized.
