Hey,
Quick thought that might save you a lot of time:
Most CPA candidates are studying the wrong way.
They spend hours:
Watching lectures
Taking notes
Highlighting everything
And at the end of the day, it feels productive…
But when they go to do MCQs, they struggle.
Why?
Because the CPA exam doesn’t test what you recognize.
It tests what you can apply.
So here’s a simple shift that makes a big difference:
Instead of:
👉 Learn → learn → learn → practice later
Do:
👉 Learn → practice immediately
Even if you feel like you don’t fully understand it yet.
Struggling through questions is where the real learning happens.
If you can start doing that consistently, everything changes.
